c444 Terms and Conditions

This document serves as a binding agreement between c444 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). These terms apply to users in Bangladesh and cover all c444 services, games, bonuses and payment activities.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: Refers to the c444 website and all associated services, mobile applications and digital offerings.
• Member Account: A single account registered in an individual's name, through which they can access all c444 services.
• Balance: The combined total of real money and bonus funds held in a member's account.
• Bonus: A promotional reward granted by c444, usable upon meeting specified conditions.
• Wagering: The requirement to place a specified amount of bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC: Know Your Customer — the identity verification process, which applies when withdrawing above a certain amount.

c444 operates as an online entertainment gaming platform. All platform activities are governed by these terms, the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies.

It is your responsibility to keep your c444 account secure. Keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential and never share them with any third party.

3.1 Password Policy

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include numbers and special characters.
• It is advised not to use easily guessable passwords (date of birth, 123456, etc.).
• Changing your password every 3 months is recommended for security.
• If you forget your password, it can be recovered by verifying via OTP sent to the mobile number registered on the account.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the c444 support team immediately. c444 will not be responsible for transactions completed before the unauthorised access was reported, unless it is proven that the access occurred due to a security flaw in the platform.

c444 offers a welcome bonus for new members. Before claiming a bonus, please read and understand the conditions below in full, as they directly affect your ability to withdraw.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal.
• Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus — balance becomes ৳3,000; before withdrawing, ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered.
• Another example: a ৳15,200 deposit earns a ৳15,000 bonus — balance becomes ৳30,200; before withdrawing, ৳15,000 × 20 = ৳3,00,000 must be wagered.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• The bonus applies once only — each member will receive the welcome bonus one time only.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• c444 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they can only be withdrawn after the specified conditions are met.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Regular members receive a weekly cashback benefit under c444's VIP programme. There are three VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.7% weekly cashback) and Gold (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week.

Example: a Silver member with ৳20,000 net losses in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

Any of the following activities will be considered a serious violation of c444's terms and conditions, and may result in permanent account closure as well as legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically placing low-risk bets to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Software Manipulation: Using any bot, automated software or hacking tool.
• Identity Fraud: Operating an account using a false identity or third-party documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a means of money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Collusion: Multiple players working together to systematically influence outcomes.
• Underage Gambling: Gambling on behalf of anyone under 21 or allowing them to use the account.
• Platform Damage: Attempting to test the security of, attack, or destabilize the platform.

c444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under certain circumstances.

9.1 Reasons for Suspension

• Violating any clause of the Terms and Conditions.
• Operating an account with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Engaging in prohibited activities (Section 07).
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period (as per policy).
• Compliance with a court order or government directive.

9.2 Balance After Suspension

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of the Terms and Conditions, any valid (bonus-free) balance held by the member will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, all balances may be forfeited.

9.3 Closing Your Own Account

If a member wishes to close their account, they must submit a request to c444 support. Any remaining valid balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

c444 always strives to maintain the quality of its services, but the platform will not be held responsible for the following:

• Games being interrupted due to the user's internet connection being slow or disconnected.
• Losses caused by issues with third-party software or devices.
• Service outages caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.
• Outcomes resulting from decisions or policy changes by third-party game providers.
• Losses caused by the member's own mistakes or negligence.

c444's total liability will in no event exceed the amount of the relevant transaction. c444 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
